Quick advice PLEASE !

This night( in sweden ) my brother is going to upgrade my computer to windows 7 64 . Must I uninstall REAPER first and then install it ? Would be grateful for a quick answer . Caj.

Upgrade from what?

If you do a clean install (which is recommended) you have to reinstall all of your programs afterwards. But you would never need to uninstall any programs first.

My brother did a clean install and it works fine ( also with all the vst I have ). I upgraded from windows 7 32 bit to windows 7 64 bit and 16GB RAM.
