I don't think it's related to the key, but part of the action itself. I think envelope tracks don't respond to the track sizing actions, at least not as we expect. On v5.70 if I enlarge an envelope track to the max then no resizing actions work. Minimize or fit don't. It will only resize around the space remaining around the envelope track and if a little is available it will only fit to that, for example, not fit to window, as the action is. So it leads me to the impression that visible envelopes on their own tracks don't respond like tracks in this regard, which is more like a "nit".
