How to load theme adjustments from Theme A to Theme B

Hello there!
Let's say I have two different Themes A and B and I have done some changes in “theme development/tweaker” for Theme A.
How can I load these changes from theme A to theme B?

Hi. In “theme development/tweaker” for Theme A change
image resourse path to unpacked theme B image folder &save theme

[White Tie]

Or just open the two .ReaperTheme files in a text editor (they're just text files) and do some copy/paste.
