Default In the past 24 hours, Reaper has become unusable

I have no idea what is going on. Reaper is just crashing constantly in the past 24 hours. I have not installed anything or made any changes to make this happen.
This all started yesterday. I have reinstalled Windows (not clean install) and reinstalled Reaper trying to fix this problem with no results.
Just now I was just playing a project over and over to see if it would crash and it did some skipping, which it never did before. Then, as I was looking at something on a browser, it crashed.
