Default Incorrect Pan readout

REAPER 5.20pre14

See attached project.

Envelope Pan readout should say "100%R" on playback start instead of "99%R". First envelope point is at "100%".

Confirmed. On the track pan it shows 100%, on the envelope slider it's 99%R.

Here too.

I also got it on the TCP pan knobs, when I use the default needle. When I turn the TCP pan knob 50% it shows the needle on ~40%
