Default Disable Trim content behind MI for Time Selection

Hi everyone,

Do you have any idea on how to OR would it be possible to :
Disable the behavior of "Trim content behind Media Items when editing" for Time Selection or Razor Selection ?
Right now (and I expect it to be the normal behavior in REAPER), either by having a time selection with OR without media items selected, moving it is trimming all items, on every tracks, that the TimeSelection is overlapping, which is not an handy behavior for some POST edit tasks.

The behavior I'm talking about below :

Thanks !

I still need the selected / moved media item to trim the overlapped item.
If I disable the option, they just mix together, and free item positioning is not really useful for editing some POST stuff.

I don't think there is a way around that natively, but moving the time selection with items isn't the normal mouse modifier assignment. why do you do that?
