Default changing the color of media preview background and waveform

...from media explorer window.

Anyone know what these are named in the Theme Editor?

Near the quarter of the Theme development/tweaker window list, you have the following :

media item background (odd tracks)
media item background (even tracks)
media item peaks (odd tracks)
media item peaks (even tracks)

For a mysterious reason, only the ones mentioned in bold are doing something.
And there is more : you can see right away the color change for the preview background but, to see the peak color change, you have to, either launch the play, or close the media explorer and open it again...

I see, so the preview waveform/background is linked directly to media item color set. Meaning, it can't be altered independently...

I know this thread is a bit old, but I was having the same issue trying to change the color of the window behind the waveform/Midi in the media explorer and I figured out what's going on for any future searchers. The selections mentioned do actually change it, but there seems to be a bug of some sorts? where it doesn't take effect immediately (like others) until you select a different file to preview. Strange, but it does indeed take effect.
