Combining Guitar Strumming Pattern with Chords
Hello Everyone. I'm relatively new to using a PC to record music, but have figured out many basics with using Reaper.
However, one thing has eluded me so far. I am trying to use midi strumming patterns from RealGuitar and play midi information (chords) to them.
I have dragged over a strumming pattern from RealGuitar to a track and then added a second track with midi chord information.
From there I've unsuccessfully tried many various things such as gluing items and exploding all takes.
I've seen some forums address this, and found a YouTube video showing how to do this with FL Studio, but have not had any success with Reaper.
Also on the MusicLab RealGuitar forum, there was a post from a moderator saying that in the future they plan on adding an export song feature (I'm assuming like EZ Keys has), but in the meantime any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
