How to download Etherealwinds Harp 2 and have the VST show up on my DAW?
I've been trying to use Etherealwinds harp as a VST for Reaper, however when I download it (VSTi for windows 64), it not only doesn't show up in the VST list, but the only way that the file shows up on my download bar is open through the VLC Media Player. And opening the file itself just plays some harp demos and tunes instead of acting as something I could use for MIDI input. Any help would be appreciated.
I am not sure if downloading the sfz sforzando will be useful for me if what I want is midi input in my daw instead of clicking input on a separate app.

You should be able to extract the archive, and copy the .dll and .instruments folder into the vst folder you want. The other folder in the archive contains audio files which VLC would play.
It's an iLok release.
Follow the instructions listed in the unrared file "HarNote_VST.pdf and go through all teh pace/ilok installation crap it does when you rescan your vst folder that the proper files have been dropped into.

Oh, thanks! I do have Ilok on my PC already so hopefully that'll make it easier
