Unable to import videos (Debian 12)
Hello dear Reaper Community,
since switching from Ubuntu to Debian, I can't import videos items to Reaper despite having VLC and FFmpeg installed. Reaper does not seem to detect these two. Any solution? Thank you. |

Hello!
I don´t use Debian, so I can´t help you directly. But a good practise to solve problems like this, is to start Reaper from a terminal (just open a terminal and type reaper), then import a video and check the terminal for error messages like missing files or whatever. If you are not sure, feel free to post the output of the terminal messages. |

I have ffmpeg version 5.1.6-0+deb12u1 in LMDE6 (Debian 12).
Video works fine.
