Simple batch tracks rename

Hello,
There is some way for make batch tracks rename and ride out (or add) specific text strings for multiple tracks?

Usually I have to mount in Reaper multiple tracks from projects/songs which are named including certain undesirable/redundant text portions, for example with the title followed by the instrument name.

What I want is to be able to eliminate the same portion of text/string/characters from all tracks, without having to do it one by one, which can be very annoying especially with many tracks.

I tried with Xenakios/SWS: Rename selected tracks... but it change everything to each track the same.

Look at the IMG example. There I eliminated only the song name.
