Good stuff T! You should lay down some vox on these!

I struggle with melody.. for both vox and leads. That's where these things end for me most times.
Thanks for taking the time to give a listen and reply.

A most elegantly tailored 'wall of sound' mix. I envision a soulful lead vocal with heavenly layered background vox. Excellent!

Here's my rendition of one of the above. https://barrykingsbeer.bandcamp.com/...ith-tom-boblet
Hopefully the lyrics don't go where you think they will.....

Thanks RDBois. Glad you enjoyed it. Can't get the vocal to sit down in the mix with just an mp3 backing track of that wall of sound and I haven't heard a thing from the OP, perhaps he doesn't like it and doesn't want to say, I wouldn't be hurt by an honest appraisal it's all about personal taste anyway. That's OK though I enjoyed working on it.

Yeap all about personal taste. For example, here is a BAD recording (technically speaking) - see link below- , but still, I'll take that over most over-produced, ear-candy fluff I hear on radio nowadays.

But I know what you're saying about getting as good as possible.

Tempo? Whassat? Key change? Why play three chords when I can sing over one? RIP John Lee
