Default Loss of time sig sync by changing Project start measure (NO BUG)

Hi

This seems like a bug.

I started a project, and some way in, realised I needed an additional bar at the start.

Used Project Settings: Project start measure

Started the project on e bar earlier.

Later realised that none of the TIME SIGNATURE MARKERS had moved with the change, so all had to be re assigned.

"ReaperBoy: Used Project Settings: Project start measure"

This has nothing to do with one "additional bar at the start"
This is only the timeline display offset! So no, it is of course not a bug.

If you need one additional bar at project start use:
Insert/empty space at time selection.... first select one measure at project start

and schwups you can realized that all of the TIME SIGNATURE MARKERS had moved with the
additional bar/measure or whatever...
