Electric guitar plugged in but no FX

I use Amplitude 4 and Guitar Rig 6.

I can hear guitar in my phones.

There is input level on Amplitude 4's and Guitar Rig 6's interface ,also output level but with any preset the sound is still the same.
Have no idea how to fix this.

Using a hi Z input on my mixing desk going straight into my Sound Cards ASIO Mic input.

Sounds like you're monitoring dry signal via some zero latency monitoring feature of your interface, but you should monitor via track monitoring instead (speaker button)

I solved this by changing my ASIO outputs to 31,32 and inputs to asio 1/2.
