Default Remove contents of time selection (moving later items) with tempo/timesig markers

Using "Time selection: Remove contents of time selection (moving later items)" with a non-quarter note length time selection while using tempo markers seems to completely break the action.

First demonstrating the correct operation with deleting a 1/4, then the incorrect result by deleting a 1/8.

Not sure what's happening here with the 1/8, but it makes no sense to me. I think either REAPER should add the correct 7/8 time signature there, or just ignore any tempo marker changes completely.

Just to add a workaround I figured out: if you add a time signature marker at the next measure line that has the "allow a partial measure before this marker" property, the 1/8 deletion will work correctly, and you can then add the 7/8 etc. time signature to the previous measure yourself.

It looks like you can also put in an 8/8 measure where the 7/8 will start and then delete the eighth, resulting in a change to 7/8. This is in line with what I've come to expect, whatever that's worth.
