No signal going to master

I am using RealSamplOmatic 5000 with the Megababy sequencer plug-in. When I play the sequencer through the RealSamplOmatic channel, audio signal appears in it but it is not getting routed to the master, as shown by no signal bars in the master mixing channel. I checked the routing for the channel and the box for "master send" is checked. I also checked the routing matrix that audio is be going to master. The Megababy sequencer is placed above the drum samples in the RealSamplOmatic as instructed. I made sure the master was not muted.

Curiously, when I started working with just a 606 snare sample and Megababy in the RealSamplOmatic, the master channel was receiving signal and making sound. But then it stopped when I started adding more drum samples.

What could be going on here?
