Default *Reaper + Korg Nanos*

Hi there,

I'm ultra new to the whole DAW thing, let alone with REAPER, so please go easy :P

There are a couple of threads with a similar theme, bit none really hit the nail on the head for my question. Here it goes:

Is it possible to use a Korg NanoKontrol surface with REAPER in such a way that it behaves like an analogue desk, in that, when mixing, a fader movement on the surface corresponds to an identical fader movement on screen? If so, how do I go about doing this?

Thanks in advance.
