Default recent changes in osc functionality?

Hi there,

maybe it´s just me (getting stuff mixed up),
maybe it´s intended,
maybe it´s buggy...

I have been fiddeling with lemur and reaper for a while and noticed a few things.
I belive this used to be different...

1. When you change the OSC config file you have to close the OSC-Setup window for the new selection to take effect.
- the way i remember, simply by selecting a new file, it would load.
- Feature Request: action to reload the config file to save time during development

2. With DEVICE_FX_FOLLOWS FOCUSED
When an effect is selected in the FX-Chain window but the window is not focused no OSC Data is transmitted for that Insert.
Pritty much what DEVICE_FX_FOLLOWS FOCUSED suggests, but i remember that my selected fx in lemur used to follow even if FX Window was not focused.
I found that behavior to be quite useful.

Can anyone confirm this?

You should mention this in the pre-release thread, as this looks like a regression:

as it turns out, i was using the command the wrong way.

DEVICE_TRACK_COUNT i/device/track/count t/device/track/count/@

i was sending

/device/track/count/24

when in fact it should be

/device/track/count 24

No idea what the toggle message is supposed to be doing though...
