Need a paid coder for some mastering functions

Let me know if you are interested in writing some code for a mastering engineer to be used in REAPER

Basically - need to automate the following processes:

-Record many files (12-16 stereo files)
-Cycle through monitoring each track every 10 seconds
-Mark the first few transients to line up the recorded audio
-Analyze them against a master file (phase invert, check for clicks/pops, measure noise floor differences, and I understand these may be processes with other tools but they need to be automated)
-upload the files and process findings to a database currently being built
-a few other things which are less important
