Default Adding JSFX w/Reascript not working?!

`Lua: integer reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(MediaTrack track, string fxname, boolean recFX, integer instantiate)`

is not working for me when it comes to JSFX. I have tried a couple of different jsfx
name strings and none have worked. Other FX such as VST and VSTi works.
Is this only me experiencing this?

local t = reaper.GetTrack(0, x)
local retval, str = reaper.GetTrackName(t)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(t , "JS: MIDI Note Filter", false, -1)

-- not working
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "JS: MIDI Note Filter", false, -1)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "Note Filter", false, -1)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "note filter", false, -1)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "VSTi: ReaSamplOmatic5000", false, -1)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "VSTi: Massive", false, -1)

-- works
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "ReaSamplOmatic5000", false, -1)
reaper.TrackFX_AddByName(track , "Massive", false, -1)

I am not entirely sure what the pattern is or at least this doesn't seem to be
consistent with the docs I think?

How would you write the function? Or could you please post a name string that works for you?
