FR : add a MIDI modifier to action shortcut

Hi,

It would be nice to add a MIDI modifier (typically a MIDI NOTE that is pressed), to an action shorcut.

It would be very useful when this action is bounded to a MIDI CC.

Most simple control surfaces have buttons that generate MIDI NOTE and faders/encoders that generate MIDI CC :
so we could use a button on the surface as a modifier to use the same fader/encoder in different actions.

This option could be a field under the "Special Key" field in the "Keyboard/MIDI/OSC Input" window.

What do you think about it ?
