Default Reaper doesn`t properly renders audio with look-ahead limiter

A strange thing I`ve discovered today. A man sent me a track and asked making it louder to some certain RMS value, so I used my go-to limiter\maximizer. All faders are fine, but when I start rendering, the audio clips the same amount of decibels as I used as a Threshold value on limiter.

So basically Reaper ignores the output value and just makes the whole audio clippy af, and when it renders - the wave is completely black - so much clipping going on. I tried different limiters - same with them all. Everything`s fine during playback, but not during render. Anyone experienced smth like this?

Screenshot of your render settings maybe? Also the Limiter settings and interface, would be much more helpful.

Well I`m not sure what was it, but it`s gone after I switched on PC loaded Reaper next day.
