Y a-t-il un moyen de sélectionner toutes les notes d'un item à partir de la position du curseur ?

en une action non mais ... tu coupe l'item à la position du curseur,
puis ctrl + a

la liste des actions disponible figure dans le menu actions -> show action list... là tu as la liste des action qui existe dans reaper selon les fenetre (midi editor, arrangement ,etc...) et tu peux biensur leur affecter un raccourcis clavier de ton choix
