Default Reaper - iZotope error with big files.

Have been working a week with my first project in iZotope RX6.
I have used Reaper to record 220 minutes from an old MiniDisk.
3 files, 1Gig +1Gig + 0,5gig. (96/24)

After alot of work on those 3 files in RX6, I export them out from RX6 and drag them into Reaper.
I glue the files to one, did some eq and limiting.
Then I render and get one file at 4 975 025kB.

So I understand I must have been doing something wrong...
File type and size: VLC and RX6 only show a file with 23 minutes sound.
Then I render to Wave64 and VLC says ok, but iZotope says " an error occurred opening the file xx (Decode error: Invalid RIFF header:0x3)"

How to render ok from reaper? or be angry with iZotope....

I am having the same issue with RX6. Forgive my stupidity, but how do I force RF64?

Figured it out. In the Render window.

Is there any way to do that with stems - like rendering it to another track?
