I use mine constantly!

Anything from moving floating screens out of the way (liker mixer etc) to getting FX GUI's on a separate screen I find most useful.

First Screen: Usual mixer, track, arrangement view
Second screen: Media Explorer, Project bay, cpu meter,.. that stuff

And I got a third screen: Mostly used for analyzer (in my case: Hofa IQ Analyzer)

And you can drag VST(i)'s to the other screens, when you're in need to have more than one open...

just to mention ... reaper has screen sets that you can save and trigger with the F keys, F7,F8, etc.

so you can have one screen set that puts the arrange window on one monitor and the mixer on the other moniter.. [I do] and then many other screen sets that are different.

once you have two monitors, you will never be happy with just one!

Recording tracks:

Main tracking window on the left, |Mixer on the right one.

Mixing :
Main mixing window on left, over the tracking window, plugins etc on the right window.

I am sure the experts will say that is all wrong, but it works for me.

Porn....

Oh wait! Sorry!

I use the White Tie skin. Mixer on one window, tracks on the other, and I float the master fader somewhere between them.

you 'can'... I have two portable reaper installs and on rare times I run them both... but the second one [for my system] cannot be using ASIO since the first one is... It can use MME or WASAPI however.

I usually don't need to run both at same time, but now and then it can make for a handy workflow.

More often I'd just open another project Tab in the one reaper.

im using a second screen for a spectrum analyser (full screen) but cant seem to let reaper save that as a preset.
anybody knows if this is poss?

it pops up in 'normal' view and i need to click full screen to activate it, would be neat if there is a method to save it as my project template.

thanks in advancioni..
