Default ReaEQ & ReaFIR addon ([almost] DONE !)
a button to flip values (all boost -> cut,all cut -> boost) of the whole curve.

Just copy eq from one track to another one that masks it and "flip the eq". Then you may tweak the parameters if you like.

Woo hoo ! It's available in Reaper version 1.850 !

...and it will rock even more on ReaFir, ...and with multiple point selection (rectangle or +ctrl) i.e. "flip selected points" !

Actually there could be a fader to set the "flip axis" (and thus its ratio). And a small button to flip the points placed directly under the button
