script masters?

I have no idea if this applies here... but I was just watching a tutorial that used a tuner [like a gtr tuner] that is in another DAW... and thought, "hmmm... does reaper not have one of those built in?"...

If it does I don't know of it...

Personally have some commercial ones and at least one of those is sufficient for my own needs... still, thought poor ole' reaper ought to come with one, ...any ideas?
