Default Can I reuse take effects across multiple items?

Hi, I've got an audio item that has a take effect assigned to it. Now I add a second audio item, and I'd like to assign the first item's take effect to the second item as well. Can I do that? Or are effects applied only to a single take, or the entire track?

Just drag and drop on to the new item!

You can drag and drop the item´s FX icon to copy the fx chain from one item to another.

EDIT: mlprod beat me to it!

Thanks, that's cool, and sometimes it's what I want (creating a new copy of the effect).

In this case though, I want to reuse the same instance of the effect. So basically I want to route a few audio items to the same effect instance, but not have it apply to the whole track. Can I do that?

not with take FX, but you can automate a send to do something similar
