Tee Vee Theme Music
This is a revamped version of the opening theme I wrote a while back for an imaginary TV cop show.
I'm playing everything but the guitar solo which is Joey Larsen.

Cool! Many years ago I would practice my guitar while watching TV. Consequently I learned a whole boatload of theme songs. I still know a few of them. It's amazing if you launch into the theme from Green Acres on stage, the entire audience will sing it for you!

Thanks Michael. I used the Linux synths Xhip and Tyrell on this, dialing up my own patches for them.

Thanks Jeff. I was flipping channels one time and heard the intro theme music for an old cop show and thought I could have some fun taking a crack at something like that.
TV theme music by guys like Mike Post and Dave Grusin have always caught my ear.

Nice! Mid 90s cop drama, by the drums and guitar tone (70s theme would have more wah).
It's a cool exercise, I did opening and ending credits to a imaginary crime drama once, still planning to do a chase scene after I find fitting public domain footage(hopefully with lots of sideburns and big cars losing hubcaps all over the place).

Thanks Z! Yeah most of the 70s themes were using wah, but one that I still like today is the theme for "The name of the game" by Dave Grusin which is a funk thing in 7/4.
I'll bet you could do some legit sounding Tee Vee musik!
