My Fisrt Song Done In REAPER
We'll, I'm a little nervous about posting this. It's very different from most of the music I've listened to in this section. I'd had a real blast creating it though, so I wanted to share.
Be gentle. It's the first thing I've done in over 20 years.

WOW! Great job! I hear a lot of cool stuff, even some McCartney-esque melodies here and there.
For somone who's been out of the game for so long, you did a superb job. Very impressive!
Welcome back!

Thanks Fluffy, for the kind words and the very flattering comparison!
There's a few editing errors which I plan to fix some day, but I was starting to burn out on the song and make some bad mistakes (plus I'm still learning REAPER), so I 'm putting it to bed for a while.
More to come soon!

Yeah, I actually heard a couple of timing issues toward the end of the song, I suppose that's what you mean.
Otherwise I REALLY dug it (I'm not big into electronic music, but this one's interesting)

Nice, real nice, a little hicup here and there with the timing...(haa, I can talk)...but it didn't detract any from the overall pleasantness of the melody, so if it was me I'd leave it be, there's only one thing I would try to tweak, and that's where the percussion comes in at :33, it's a little abrupt, I would try to tame that with a vol envelope.

Thanks RokkD! I really appreciate your input on the precussion. I'll also be fixing the hicups at some point, but that will probably involve re-rendering several tracks, so I'll probably move on to the next song first.

Well thank u sir! I try to improve my guitar playing - usually I play bass.
Anyone who needs a good but cheap guitar effect processor should btw try out the Zoom G2! I'm sooo happy with this thing!
