Lost GPO and samples for Proteus. Melodyne?

Installed Melodyne Singletrack and messed around with it for a few minutes. Shut the computer off, went to bed. Next morning fired up Reaper and thought, "hey, let's try a new theme!" After changing themes opened up a project with Aria/GPO. It was gone! Standalone was gone! Under programs all I could find was the manual and uninstall for it. It was gone from the VST folder.

Opened Proteus and all the sounds were gone. Reinstalled GPO from my download folder and it's back to normal but when I reinstalled Proteus apparently it didn't install the sounds.

Any idea what happened? I have an SSD drive if that helps in the questioning. Immediately went back to the default theme so don't know if that was an issue- surely not. Melodyne's working fine.
