Default Reaper Media Explorer Databases: Sharing or Syncing

Hi all,

I use multiple installs of Reaper, and I would like to share the Media Databases from Machine 1 on Machine 2.

Does anyone know where the Media Database is located? How can I copy it? Or sync it? Or export it?

I have already tried syncing the folder called MediaDB and that didn't work

thanks!
T

Ex-/Import via Preferences -> General -> "Ex-/Import configuration" buttons -> tickbox "Media Explorer Databases"

Thank you - this does not sync my installations, but provides a reasonable work-around...

Databases are under the MediaDB folder of Media Resources path (next to the theme and scripts folder, accessible via the Options / Show ressource path menu entry).

Note : path are hardcoded in media db, you may need virtual drive letters to make it works across devices.

There is also more advanced way to solve that if the database is collaborative etc, I have made private scripts for that.
