Navigator: Display regions as horizontal bars, hide vertical marker lines

In current versions of the Navigator, the position of each Region is indicated only by colored vertical lines at the start and end of the Region. Markers are similarly displayed as vertical lines. This has some disadvantages:

1) It can lead to a lot of unsightly clutter, especially if the project also has many markers.

2) The colors of the thin lines are difficult to distinguish, and if the Regions abut (as they commonly do), the lines overlap and the colors are masked.

I suggest that Regions should be displayed as colored horizontal bars at the top of the Navigator, similar to how they are displayed on the timeline of the arrange window. This would solve the above-mentioned problems, and it would also make the layout and appearance of the Navigator closer to that of the arrange window.

The options "Show project regions/markers in grid" and "Marker line Z order" do not affect the Navigator, making the Navigator much more cluttered than the Arrange view.
