DSK sf2 player won't scan

I've tried putting the .dll for this soundfont player in every folder that REAPER scans for VSTs, and it still won't show up. Anyone have a clue? Alternately, does anyone have an sf2 player that they would recommend that they've used in REAPER? Doesn't have to be free. I used to used the old V-Sampler for soundfonts, but that's long since disappeared.

Did you also already try doing a [Clear cache/rescan] (which is not the same as a [Rescan])?

Otherwise, +1 for sforzando.
Other (freeware) options to check out might be BassMidi VSTi and TX16Wx (which also support loading sf2 files)

Thanks very much for the replies. I'tried converting the sf2s to Kontakt .nkis, and that seems to be working fine. I really only have a handful of sf2s that I use, so I think that's my best option. Thanks again.
