Blues Song "The Deception"

Here is a Blues
This is a trip through the southern Alps in New Zealand.
I used to get up to some sport.
The race is about 243KM / 151 miles long
and has running,cycling and kayaking in it.
The run over the mountain course is called The Deception
as a good part of it follows the river into the Alps.
It is in most of the competitors to be competitors
if you go hard this is a hard race.
I have done the two day the one day and also teams.
