Default Best way to clean up unused files in a project?

I am getting to the point where there is a lot of unused audio in my Reaper projects, and would like to be able to get rid of it all.

Is there an easy way to have Reaper basically discard all unused audio from a project folder?

Thanks

Just have in mind that this will clean all unused files in relation to the open project. If you have different projects or different versions of the same project in the same folder, these will nor be taken into account!
