Hi!
• Request:
Add a setting to the virtual piano keyboard that allows it to be hidden while still receiving input.
• Benefit:
It would declutter the UI because there's no dock/extra window to worry about.
• Reason:
While using Reaper on a laptop you don't have a lot of screen to work with so this would improve that a bit when working with MIDI.
There is two ways to (kinda) achieve this right now:
1) You make the keyboard window as little as possible and put it somewhere nonintrusive. This is just bad.
2) You drag the window down and "hide" it under the desktop. This doesn't work very well because when you close and open the window again it will be placed top left anyway.
Example:

• Implementation Suggestion:
The problem would be knowing when you are sending input to the VPK or when you're just in the normal arrangement view.
There could be an icon that shows the state like in Ableton Live:

Thanks!
