Default Some Reaper GUI bugs

Unfortunately I'm not sure that It's bug but please, please, please do something with it.

Now it's work like this:
1• TCP
2• Labels, faders, knobs, etc which alignment to left side goes right
3• folder*.png goes over tcp_bg.png/tcp_bgsel.png
4• folder*.png overlaps the color of the track in the folder

It's expected to work like this:
1• TCP
2• Labels, faders, knobs, etc which alignment to left side goes right
3• Left side of tcp_bg.png/tcp_bgsel.png goes right***
4• folder*.png goes near tcp_bg.png/tcp_bgsel.png but not overlaps it
5• folder*.png doesn't overlaps the color of the track in the folder

***Left side of tcp_bg.png/tcp_bgsel.png goes right

-----------------------------------------------------------
And another small "bug"
Now it's work like this:
•toosmall_r.png is to the right of the VU
•toosmall_r.png is under of the VU
•toosmall_r.png is to the left of the VU

It's expected to work like this:
•toosmall_r.png is overlaps the VU
••toosmall_r.png is hide under of the VU

I must admit I don't fully understand the points you are making, but it looks like these might be misunderstandings, not bugs. If you can explain more, I'll do my best to help you find the answers you need.

Some points, to start:

- Nothing can go over the VUs. Ever. Including the 'toosmall' indicator. Reaper draws the meters separately, at a higher refresh rate than the rest of the UI. So yes, the meters break the 'toosmall' shadow illusion, but this isn't really a bug, its just something we have to put up with.

- tcp_bg and tcp_bgsel always fill 100% of the entire panel and everything is drawn over them, this cannot be changed. If you leave a gap for custom colour to show through, it will always appear in the same place, because that image always fills the panel. In order for you to have vertical blocks of colour that move with folder indication, yes that can be done but you'll need to be clever with WALTER and your images. Please see this thread.

I've not read WALTER because I don't know english very well but sometimes I looked there. Now I try to learn english but it's not easy for me=)
I saw in other themes what you write about tcp_idxbg.png.
I made it in my theme but it isn't exactly what I want because... I've already forgotten. Maybe it's due to the location of the index numbers in my theme...
Well then now I hope developers do something with WALTER in future. I think this is not something complicated for them.
