The invisible floating window

EDIT: After posting I figured out it was an FX window. The next day it happened again, this time it was the "FX Add" window, after selecting a plugin the Add FX window auto closes but the "pb" (pinned button) was still on the screen, re-opening "Add FX" and closing it fixed it.
