Exponential midi control of parameters

I'm trying to control "reasamplomatic5000" envelopes with a custom midi controller I have designed.

I can assign my potentiometers to the attack, decay, sustain, release as I wanted (absolute mode) but is there a way to modify the control so to work exponentialy, because for the attack, decay and release the linear behaviour is not suited, and I got very big steps at the start of the parameters which is not what i'm looking for.

So is there any way to achieve this
