Default Reaper Crashes w/new midi tracks and multiple project tabs

If I have multiple project tabs open, and insert a virtual instrument on a new track in one of those projects, Reaper will crash.

Using the latest 64 bit version on Windows 10 w/profire 2626.

Had a look at either the performance meter and/or your ram load when this happens?

So much of this depends on how much horsepower you have in your machine and how hungry the plugs are.
This is very unlikely to be a bug.

P.S. Welcome to the forums! I assume you already downloaded and checked out the User Guide, at least the first section on setting reaper up?

Error logs arent telling me much, but it does seem from further research that Reaper 64 bit is crashing when one of the tabbed projects has an x86 plugin installed in the fx chain. That's all i can gather at the moment.
