Default MIDI editor: Display "loop end bar" even when looping is disabled

The "source length bar"/"loop end bar" (or whatever it is called) is only visible in the MIDI editor when item looping is enabled.

However, there are several other situations in which the superficial item length (the visible part in the arrange view and MIDI editor) is longer than the underlying MIDI source length. For example:

* Item timebase = time, and tempo is sped up across the item, so the item's time length is longer than the MIDI source's beat length.

* Item is pooled, which prevents MIDI source from changing when the item edge is dragged.

* Some other buggy situations and unknown causes.

In these cases, the MIDI editor gives no indication of the end if the MIDI source.
* This may leading to confusion when a note cannot be extended beyond some invisible barrier,
* Item looping must be enabled in order to change the source length.

I realized this item-end confusion too.

For every MIDI-item I carefully check the end
in the Item properties (F2).

Even better than just displaying the "source
length bar"/"loop end bar" (or whatever it is called)
in the midi-editor would be:

Always have the "source length bar"/"loop end bar"
(or whatever it is called) exactly at the right
edge of the midi-item. Always!

So if you move the right edge of an midi-item you
also move the "source length bar"/"loop end bar"
(or whatever it is called).

In recent versions of REAPER, notes can be drawn past the invisible source end in the MIDI editor, and notes can even be moved/copied into the part of the item to the right of the source end marker, but these notes disappear as soon as the MIDI editor is closed.
