Default Snapping not working properly in midi editor (OSX)

When I try to draw CC lanes in the midi editor, with snapping enable, I have some issues at both ends of the midi item.

I'm using OSX 10.7.5

I am the only guy with this problem??

If I move the mouse very slow I don't have this problem... It's just as if at both end of the midi item the snapping doesn't work during some milliseconds...

Tried on windows and have the same problem... Is it something wrong in my preferences or is it a bug?

Yeah, if I move the mouse fast while drawing it spits out a few extras at the end. Don't really know what to say about it.

Also some of the ones at the end can be moved around a little. sometimes.
