Anyone know if is possible add a "text wrap" option into the text overlay script?

I'm not sure if there is an option or preset for automatic wrapping, but you can type "\n" to insert line breaks manually.

The problem is there is still not an option for centering multi-line text or right justifying it. This would seem like a simple addition. If anyone has any thoughts or resolutions i would appreciate it (other than extra spaces which doesn't actually center text).

This may or may not be helpful, but I've been using Da Vinci Resolve over the last year and found it to be way easier when doing things like that instead of Reaper. It's free and Premeire/Final Cut-level stuff.

Actually it is well above them as it contains great ADR and mastering tools and of course is pretty much the standard now for colouring. If it is good enough for Roger Deakins, it's good enough for me!

I actually have Final Cut Pro and Sony Vegas and use both for heavy video editing. I would prefer Reaper for more basic tasks though (simple lyric videos, etc.) since I am already using it for the audio production side. Text centering would make a massive impact for me there. I'll keep doing what I am doing but would still love this feature. Again, it would seem like a simple task to implement.
