Compress Theme
Hello,
A friend send me a file to modify my Reaper theme. To insert the file, I had to unzip my theme, go to Default_unpack and replace the file.
BUT after that, I must compress to get a zip file and rename it : .ReaperThemeZip
Unfortunately, when I reload this Theme, I have a corrupted theme with basic layout.
Is anybody know how to re-compress a theme ?

Assuming the modified file in the Reaper Theme is working and has no errors:
In Finder, via CMD-I or 'File > Get Info', make sure that the filename is MyTheme.ReaperThemeZip ('MyTheme' is the file name and '.ReaperThemeZip' the file extension).
And not MyTheme.ReaperThemeZip.zip (in this case 'MyTheme.ReaperThemeZip' is the file name and '.zip' the extension) - which might happen when file extensions are hidden.
Otherwise can you attach the Theme file?

Thanks for the help you propose me , but in fact, I am not really able to change anything in my theme.
And I take this opportunity to ask you if you now how to modify the size of the BPM indicator ?
Because in the theme I use, its dark and very small. It's tiring after a while...

No, I didn't arrived to compress to make a new theme but anyway.
The only last thing I need, is to have a bigger window for Tempo and Time signature.
Here is a link (We transfer) with the Theme I use :

Hello Solger,
do you think that you will have time to have a look to my visual problem ?
If not, don't hesitate to tell me...
Have a nice week-end.

So far, I only had time to take a quick look at your Theme file in post #5:
If you want the font of the time signature bigger:
1) Action List > Theme Development: Show theme tweak/configuration window
2) Scroll down to Walter font 1 and click on it to change the font properties
Preferences > General > [Advanced UI/system tweaks] > Scale UI elements ... might also be useful, in general.
----------------------------
Changing the font size of the BPM text is probably possible with the 'trans.bpm.edit.font' command: https://www.reaper.fm/sdk/walter/walter.php
Changing the size of the text boxes itself might also be possible by editing the Theme.
But, as already mentioned, I haven't had time to take a closer look, yet. So I will report back when I have some info ...

OK, great
In case any other Theme related questions might come up, it's best to post them directly into the Themes subforum: https://forum.cockos.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26
