Default google calendar, outlook, and iphone calendar... sync and managment?

Hey there

I use these calendars for all sorts of things.

1. I have a calendar from "Studio helper" which I can put into my outlook and my iphone in order to keep track of my students from the conservatory

2. I have a band calendar which is public and my band members can use, from google, which I can import into outlook and my iphone

3. I have an outlook calendar which is used for non-conservatory students, and other appointments.

I am looking for ONE WAY to keep all of my calendars together.

the problem I'm running into is that I seem to have old appointments (old students which have since moved on), duplicate appointments, and all the calendars aren't synced.

I really need to get all of these working or figure something else out. I like having all three because I use them in different contexts.

I use 'Active Desktop Calendar', which has a sync layer to coordinate between my iPhone & computer.

It's a decent app. I'd be interested if there was something better

Wow!!

I just have a notice pinned to the bathroom door. It presently reads '2013', but it'll soon be time to change it.

I'd look at setting up a new Google Calendar, sync them all to it. Then use it as the default calendar within the iPhone app.

I also use Google Calendar for everything, but not the default on the iThings. For those I use CalenGoo. It just seems better than the default and worth the few dollars.
