Default is it possible for WALTER to...

...have the fader color change when a track is selected?
As in all faders are white in the mixer, select a track(s) and the fader on the track(s) changes to blue or red.
If it is possible, is it also possible to have the fader color change when a track is armed for recording?

Nope; WALTER can't change the color of images, or put an overlay on them.

However, if a theme has different layouts for fader colors, a ReaScript could change it for you.
