Force same colors on media item takes

Hello,

As the title says it, I want my media items to inherit the already set track color, even for loop recorded takes. Is there a way to do that?

Sure is.

In Appearance->Peaks/Waveforms->Custom colors, disable both "Take color" checkboxes, and disable "Automatically color any recording pass that add new takes to existing media items". Make sure that "Track color" checkboxes are enabled. "Item color" checkboxes should be enabled if you want to force an override to the track color manually.

I just managed to uncheck the Automatically color ... part cause the Tint media area is inactive.

That would be because those options are overriden by the current theme you're using.
