Texture areas marked by yellow and pink lines are not scalable by global_scale parameter.
IMO it should be obvious those areas should be scaled. If someone doubts there is an example. A part of texture marked by yellow is nothing more than part of gfx element except it's drawn outside the element boundary (being inactive part of it). It might be used to draw shadows, glows and other things.
There is no reason, why shadow or glow should be smaller for high dpi resolutions. It should be scaled with the same ration to gfx element it's part of, maintaining proportion between both.
A lot of themes uses "yellow part" of meter_bg_mcp texture as volume slider background. Not a problem if theme is used for global scale it has been designed for. But once the scale changes, background for VA meters is scaled properly, while background for the slider isn't.
