New version of plugin, "not available" when loading project

I submitted a bug report regarding the ChowCentaur guitar pedal plugin on GitHub, here: https://github.com/jatinchowdhury18/...ntaur/issues/6
I received a test build of the plugin (see the first reply on GitHub for the link), and as noted in the issue, if I load a project that was saved with the 1.2.0 release version here: https://github.com/jatinchowdhury18/...ntaur/releases I get a warning that the plugin can't be found (see attachment).

The test build scans OK in REAPER, and I can add it to a new project without problems, and (as noted on GitHub) also delete it from my project and reload the test build and it works as expected. Of course the workaround here is that I had to revert to the release version and save my settings as a preset, then update to the test version. The preset does load the correct values so that's of course a positive thing. Still, this is a workaround that shouldn't be needed.

I've never seen this before in my 15 years of using REAPER, anyone have a clue what's going on here? Feel free to post in the GitHub issue too if you feel like helping the dev with this
